Set of six dining chairs from Italy, dating to the 1970s, featuring chromed tubular metal frames and original cognac leather upholstery with decorative stitching. The chairs have curved frame elements that extend to form the backrest. The design allows for seating comfort through the shape and material choices. The construction uses tubular steel for the structure and leather for the seat and back. The chairs show design elements similar to the Sabrina Chair by Gastone Rinaldi, especially in the use of curved metal and leather combination. The chairs also have similarities to the design of Giotto Stoppino. The overall form reflects mid-century modern and space-age design trends. These chairs are intended for dining use and provide both structural support and comfort.
Condition: These chairs have their original cognac upholstery which is in good vintage condition showing some signs of age and use, including very minor some stitching defects as seen in the images. The chromed metal frames are in good condition showing only minor scratches which is in line with the age of the chairs.
