Shipping & Returns
I just placed my order! How long until I receive it?
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email and in our app. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping notification email with your tracking information. Domestic orders can take 5-7 business days to deliver. International orders can take up to 10 business days due to customs clearance.

All items are final sale, however if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at email@example.com within 3 days of receiving your item.
Returns for a refund are not guaranteed and issued upon approval.
If our Support Team agrees to a return, your item must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it in.
- Original tags must still be attached (if provided).
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item should be returned with the original invoice.
Items not meeting the above criteria are subject to refusal of refund, partial refund, or a refund for Basic Space credit.
Items categorized as swimwear or lingerie are not eligible for Returns or Refunds.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment, less any delivery or return shipping fees. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days, however the amount of time that it will take for the funds to reflect on your account will depend on your financial institution.
