This set of stools was produced in the 1960s and is made from solid Oregon pine. Each stool features a single curved seat supported by four legs connected with stretchers. The construction uses visible joinery to attach the legs and stretchers to the seat. The curved seat provides ergonomic support. The design shows a Japanese influence, but the exact origin of the stools is unknown
Condition: These stools show signs of age and use consistent with their production in the 1960s. The slats display scratches and areas of natural patina. One stool has more noticeable wear on the seat surface. Overall, the stools remain structurally sound, with age-related wear typical for items of this period.
We have consciously chosen to photograph all of our items in their current state to present the real original condition as completely as possible for transparency towards our clients.
In case you have any additional questions about the original condition, always feel free to reach out and ask us for additional images. We do also offer services such as restoration and re-upholstery in case this is wished for.
