Cloth Peg Lamp from Plastic Plus by Hans Pallada. Black body with disc base, a thin red metal shade with fold creases like paper, and white ties keeping the black cord connected to the frame. Marked with sticker underneath. Originally designed in 1983. Minoe wear but in good condition overall.

The Arcades
The Arcades is the collecting project and weekly newsletter of David Lê. Lê holds a PhD from Brown University in the study of religion, focusing on visual and material culture. In 2019 he co-founded the concept store and apparel line, Maiden Name, whose "Objects" section he also curated. He started his newsletter in 2024 to consider "things, broadly construed" and to provide himself with a megaphone to air personal grievances.
