Designed in 1971 by Otto Zapf (1931-2018), the experimental Softline System was a range developed by Zapf whilst still a partner at Vitsoe & Zapf. With it's lightweight construction, the Softline System was known for it's distinctive fabrication, using a vinyl-light foil and snap buttons that puncture through the fabric. This piece is in a subtle taupe colour, with a lustre in excellent condition for it's 50 years.
