Came Uninvited is a sculptural table inspired by the structures of living organisms. It evokes an organic presence drawn from a fictional nature.
The piece suggests a mutation, like an organism that has undergone transformation. It questions the impact of humans on nature and embodies the silent changes our behaviors impose on ecosystems. An organism once familiar becomes strange: both recognizable and altered.
This patinated bronze piece was created in collaboration with the craftsmanship of a French foundry.
