The “Color Theory” auction will feature products from Virgil Abloh’s limited quantity collaborations with iconic Swiss furniture label Vitra. One original European edition Petite Potence lamp (orange) and one Ceramic Block (orange). Both products were from the sold-out 2019 Vitra & Virgil TWENTYTHIRTYFIVE collection presented on Vitra’s Campus in Weil am Rhein, Germany. Two products will also be available from the upcoming Virgil Abloh c/o Vitra: US Edition collection: The Antony armchair (baby blue) and Petite Potence lamp (baby blue). All four items in the “Color Theory” collaboration will be signed by Virgil Abloh. All proceeds will be going to the POST-MODERN Scholarship fund. Our friends at Cash App will be matching the winning bid to support with an additional donation.

Virgil Abloh
Virgil Abloh was born in Rockford, Illinois on September 30, 1980. Widely hailed for his creative genius, Virgil was an artist, engineer, creative director, artistic designer, industrial designer, fashion designer, musician & DJ, and philanthropist. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in civil engineering, and then went on to receive his masters in architecture from Harvard University. Virgil's professional career began alongside greats like Kanye West. He subsequently founded the multi-disciplinary creative studio Off-White in Milan, Italy. Today, Off-White is one of the most sought-after brands in the world.
