Designed by Gaetano Pesce for TBWA\Chiat\Day’s 1994 New York office, each locker door was hand-cut and shaped with deliberate irregularity — no two faces the same. These were the only elements personally assigned to staff, embodying Pesce’s belief that even in a corporate structure, design should honor human difference.
