The ‘Violet Frosted’ art prints explore the nostalgic sentiment of something as commonplace as patterned glass. Fascinated by both aesthetic and functional aspects of the long-standing glass form, the work translates the sculpture into a two-dimensional still life. The patterned glass breaks the flowers’ vibrant colors into illusive tones that resemble an abstract painting. The glass becomes the canvas and the flowers the paint, creating an interplay of transparency, blurriness, visibility and distance. The series consists of four different compositions, each released in a limited edition of 10.

The prints are archival pigment prints on 325 gsm Hahnemühle Fine Art paper and are custom framed in oak wood with museum glass 99% UV protection. Each print is signed, individually numbered and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
