Inspired by the prayer kneelers and intimate altars found in the Béguines’ rooms, The Altar translates quiet devotion into a minimalist sculptural form. Each element of the piece is hand-cut, with visible welds that celebrate the honesty of its construction. The delicate assembly of thin steel plates creates an almost immaterial presence, allowing the object to appear as if it were floating in space.
Limited edition of 15 pieces + 1 Prototype + 2 AP.
