Spigolatura n° 52

$2,020
Description

Inspired by Agnes Varda's documentary Les glaneurs et la glaneuse, the tapestries in the Spigolature series are the result of a 'gleaning' process. The activity of gleaning is something that we need to practice every day and it has something to do with the recovery of value, both material and emotional. The practice of gleaning involves a moment of choice, of evaluation, of deciding whether to let go, to recover or to process.
