Inspired by the resilience of plant structures, the Pul Chair explores the mechanical interplay between metal and leather. The backrest, tightly bound in leather, counters and leverages the metal’s inherent elasticity. Responding subtly to human movement and contact, the piece translates structural necessity into a responsive, living form. Handcrafted in Paris, France. Stainless steel with a vibration finish Full-grain, taurillon leather from the French tannery Remy Carriat Cast aluminum persimmon object.

Nara Lee
Nara Lee is a Paris-based, Seoul-born artist and designer. Rooted in architecture, her practice spans spatial design, installation, and furniture, investigating the fluid interface between precise industrial processes and manual craftsmanship. Weaving these contrasting elements, she translates structural archetypes into poetic, three-dimensional forms that challenge the boundaries between the industrial and the organic in contemporary spaces.
