Pair of original leather Terrazza sofas by Ubald Klug for De Sede, 1970s Switzerland. Perhaps the single most coveted sofa on the planet. Rich color to leather with exceptional patina. Recently color washed and waxed. Limitless possibilities for arrangement. Ubald Klug came up with the idea for the sofa when looking at the mesas and plateaus that the cows grazing the European mountains created. Multiple layers of earth flattened out. And an icon was created. Very rare color and fantastic condition for its age with wear as shown. Extremely comfortable with multiple places to sit on each sofa. Perfect piece of collectible design.
