DTF.NYC aka Dutch Tulip Financial - inspired by the Dutch Tulip bubble of 1637, is an imaginary bank constructed as a conceptual framework to make social commentary through the lens of finance using graphic tees as a medium. Our goal is to elevate the discourse in fashion beyond the base-level "hey that's a cool shirt" conversations to more intellectual dialogues - as evidenced by the diverse range of subject matters we've covered such as Cryptocurrency, AI, Off-Shore Tax Evasion, Space Travel, Student Debt Crisis, and Deepfakes & the narrative of a fake bank we created to address those topics.
