Michele Mirisola is the artist behind Chell Fish. She is also a birth & postpartum doula. She loves lemons, anchovies, the movie Big Night, and going for a schvitz. She was raised in New York City and now lives in Brooklyn Heights. She mostly takes the ferry. In 2022, her work was written about in The New York Times where she also contributed a piece to the Metropolitan Diary. Michele went to Hampshire College, MA and studied oil painting & fiction writing. She has shown her paintings throughout the US and sold her plates internationally.
