Salon 94 Design
Founded by Jeanne Greenberg Rohatyn in 2002, Salon 94 is a contemporary art gallery housed in a restored 17,500-square-foot landmark on New York’s Museum Mile. Designed by Ogden Codman and once home to Archer and Anna Hyatt Huntington, the building was reimagined in 2021 by the late architect Rafael Viñoly, a longtime collaborator of Greenberg Rohatyn. Evolving from an experimental domestic gallery into an international platform, Salon 94 champions artists who blur boundaries between art and design. Its roster includes Karon Davis, Raven Halfmoon, Mantua Nangala, Kennedy Yanko, Magdalene Odundo, Ruby Neri, Marilyn Minter, and Takuro Kuwata. The complementary S94 Design program (launched in 2016) presents leading global designers such as Max Lamb, Donald Judd Furniture, Rick Owens, the Estate of Gaetano Pesce, and Jay Sae Jung Oh.
