Returns
All items are eligible for return up to 10 days after delivery date. If you would like to request a return, please email us at support@basic.space and provide explanation for as to why the return was requested within the 10 day period.
Returns for a full refund are not guaranteed and issued upon approval. Basic.Space will provide shipping labels for return. The cost of the label will be taken out of the refunded amount if accepted. If the return is not accepted, we will ship back your item free of charge.
Eligibility
If our Support Team agrees to a return, your item must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it in.
- Original tags must still be attached (if provided).
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item should be returned with the original invoice.
Items not meeting the above criteria are subject to refusal of refund, partial refund, or a refund for Basic Space credit.
Items categorized as swimwear or lingerie are not eligible for Returns or Refunds.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment, less any delivery or return shipping fees. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days, however the amount of time that it will take for the funds to reflect on your account will depend on your financial institution.
