Basic.Space Cash Terms and Conditions

Earning Basic Cash

Basic Cash are not property and have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, gift certificates or gift cards and are purely promotional. This means that the accumulation of Basic Cash does not entitle you to any vested rights with respect to such Basic Cash. Basic Cash cannot be purchased, sold, advertised for sale or bartered, and cannot be divided as part of a settlement, legal proceeding or death, regardless of relationship. Basic.Space reserves the right to withdraw, limit, modify or cancel any provision of Basic Cash, change Basic Cash benefits, rules for earning, redeeming, retaining or forfeiting Basic Cash, redefine Basic Cash benefits, or terminate provision of Basic Cash at any time, in Basic.Space’s sole discretion, without any liability to you. Basic Cash may not be earned on all purchases. Any opportunity to earn Basic Cash will be disclosed to you. Basic Cash will not be earned on transactions that are deemed fraudulent, disputed transactions, or transactions subject to a return, except as specifically set forth in these Basic Cash Terms, and any Basic Cash relating to that event will be deducted from your Basic Cash balance.

Restrictions

You agree that Basic Cash:

1. must be used in a lawful manner
2. may not be duplicated, sold or transferred in any manner, or made available to the general public (whether posted to a public forum or otherwise), unless expressly permitted by Basic.Space
3. may only be used pursuant to the specific terms that Basic.Space establishes for such Basic Cash promo
4. are not valid for cash and may not be used outside of the Basic.Space app or website
5. may expire prior to your use

Any use of Basic Cash are final, and redeemed Basic Cash will not be returned. In the event of a customer return, if item(s) purchased using Basic Cash are returned, such customer may return the Basic Cash credit to their Basic Cash balance.

Basic.Space Rights

Basic.Space reserves the right to withhold or deduct or revoke Basic Cash or other features or benefits obtained using Basic Cash by you or any other user in the event that Basic.Space determines or believes that the earning, use or redemption of the Basic Cash was in error, fraudulent, illegal, or in violation of these terms. Basic.Space further reserves the right to cancel, suspend, terminate or modify Basic Cash or any part thereof including, without limitation, Basic Cash, at any time without notice and without further obligations, including, but not limited to modifications which govern how Basic Cash are earned, redeemed or retained on and after the date of change or change the value of rewards or other benefits. No Basic Cash will be earned or redeemed after the effective date of termination. Basic.Space’s rights and obligations under Basic Cash may be assigned or transferred by Basic.Space to any other related or unrelated entity at any time, and performances shall be the responsibility of that entity. All questions relating to Basic Cash or interpretations of these Basic Cash Terms will be at Basic.Space’s sole discretion and Basic.Space’s decisions will be final. Basic.Space reserves the right (but are not required) to correct inaccurate Basic Cash balances, and to adjust Basic Cash balances at our sole discretion. Participation in Basic Cash is a privilege granted to Basic.Space members and users, and as such can be suspended, revoked or terminated by Basic.Space at any time and for any reason. If your Basic Cash membership is terminated, all Basic Cash associated with your Basic Cash membership or any other benefits will be forfeited immediately upon termination. Basic.Space reserves the right to investigate any purchases, transactions, activity or interaction with the App which we believe, in our sole discretion, may be an abuse of the Basic Cash program. If your Basic Cash membership is terminated due to fraudulent activity or noncompliance with the Terms, in addition to forfeiting all Basic Cash and any other benefits associated with your Basic Cash membership immediately, you cannot participate in or rejoin Basic Cash. If your Shop Account is closed or terminated, you will lose all Basic Cash. This section does not limit any other rights or remedies Basic.Space may have under the Shop Terms of Service or other agreements with you.

Disclaimer

Basic Cash or any of its features may be unavailable, inaccurate or interrupted from time to time for a variety of reasons. Basic.Space is not responsible or liable for any lost, stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, interrupted, delayed, or misdirected push notifications, e-mail, Basic Cash, or offer-related materials or correspondence. We are not responsible for any unavailability, interruptions or errors of Basic Cash or its features. Basic.Space is not responsible for unauthorized use of Basic Cash. Basic.Space may from time to time request information from you to confirm your identity before it will allow use of your Basic Cash. Basic.Space may delay your access to the Basic Cash until you comply with this information request. The Basic Cash program and all the information accessible through it are provided for information purposes only on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
