The amber glow reflects Mount Fuji.This rocks glass fully showcases the traditional craft of Satsuma Kiriko, meticulously crafted by skilled glass cutters using years of experience and meticulous handwork. The pattern evokes the spreading foothills of Mount Fuji, expressing its majestic appearance. The ""orange"" color, a key color of BEAMS JAPAN, is finished with a subdued, profound amber hue.


Originating in the Satsuma domain at the end of the Edo period, Satsuma Kiriko was produced for only a little over 20 years, earning it the nickname ""Phantom Kiriko."" Over time, it has been recreated using modern technology. Its beauty and historical background continue to fascinate many.
