Model No. 54A dining set with six chairs was created by one of the few female members of the postwar Italian modern movement, Gae Aulenti for Knoll International, circa 1970. This complete burgundy dining set is a rare find.

The frames of the six chairs are constructed by sculpted metal tubes, while the seats and backs of each chair are upholstered. The frames and cushions are a matching shade of deep merlot, a versatile color that is both potent and elegant. Marked with Knoll International labels. The matching dining table shares the tubular metal design and deep burgundy hue.
