We’ll chat for about 10mins before we start to assess what it is that you would like to work on / how your body and your mind is feeling today and any specific goals you have for your practice.
Depending on this (unique to each individual); I’ll guide you through 30mins of Restorative Yoga and then 30mins of a guided meditation (Yoga Nidra) and soundbath.
This is a deeply nurturing experience which will help regulate your nervous system and create the capacity to connect more deeply with your True Self.
All bodies are welcome, no matter of age or injury. If you can breathe, you can participate in this practice.
